Our UK Team manages design, product development, sourcing and procurement alongside customer accounts and finance. Whilst our Bangladesh team manage our local office, local sourcing, production matters and our Quality Control process.
Our technical pattern making expertise, fully managed from the UK, ensures that we can offer best fit and sizing for your colleagues. Whilst our specialist and technical Fabric Sourcing knowhow enables us to come up with innovative and cost effective solutions to fit your needs and support the great design principles we work to.
With an ever growing concern for the environmental, sustainable and ethical issues in the clothing supply chain CG Retail will work with your Team to ensure that all of your requirements can be achieved. Visibility in the Supply Chain, from raw materials sourcing, fabric manufacture and garment production to ensuring ethical compliance in employment law and general business practices.
All our Off-Shore Bangladesh factory partners are Sedex Certified as a minimum and both our Teams form the UK and Bangladesh regularly visit all our suppliers and factories to ensure continuing compliance.
CG Retail’s Workwear and Uniform Services:
Full Service Package: whereby we design, prototype and bulk manufacture the final chosen styles.
Production Only Package: We manage the procurement and bulk production processes to your Design specifications and materials brief. This would also include sampling for Fit & Style sign-off and Pre Production Sign-Off.
Design Concepts Package: Working to your design brief we will come up with design concepts that best suit your Brand Identity and uniform goals, including styling direction, trends, colour and fabric swatches for discussion. Designs are presented in CAD format.
Design & Prototype Package: The Design and Prototype package takes the Design Concepts Package and adds the sampling process to bring the design concepts to life. A lot can be achieved by CAD design but ultimately fit and styling refinement are best served by making actual samples. We can either make samples with our on-shore or off-shore partners depending on the lead times, budget and overall requirements of your project.
